BACHELOR OF BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION (BBA) DEGREE
The Department of Business Administration (DBA) of Daffodil International University, a center of excellence, strives hard to prepare tomorrow's socially responsible business leaders. The aim of DBA is to provide educational know-how that changes the lives of our students as the competent professionals. The department provides caring, inspiring and student friendly environment that are needed to achieve their goals. The teaching is based on industry-related and skill-oriented case methodology within the subjects of accounting, finance, banking and insurance, marketing, HRM, and MIS. For local and international students, we offer our all courses in English.
Students of DBA are dynamic and talented joined from home and abroad, who thoroughly enjoy the challenges and rewards of studying in a highly diverse setting where they gain exposure to work with others from different cultures, religions, and approaches. When students leave DIU, they are ready to start their careers at different prestigious institutions or to pursue further education in international graduate programs. STRUCTURE OF THE CURRICULUM
DURATION OF THE PROGRAM: Years: 4 Semesters: 8
ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS
Students having minimum GPA of 2.5 both in SSC and HSC or equivalent background from any group may apply for admission in BBA program. Completing five O-level subjects and at least two A-level subjects with at least GPA 2.5 (Below C grade in any subject is not acceptable) may apply for admission.
Candidates who have completed higher secondary education (12 years of schooling) under a system different form SSC/HSC or O/A levels will be considered for equivalence by the university on a case to case basis. Candidates with break of study of more than two years will have to apply separately stating the cause for break of study.
Total minimum credit requirement to complete the program: 130 Credits
Total class weeks in a semester: 17 Weeks
Minimum CGPA requirements for graduation: 2.00
Maximum academic years of completion: 6 Years

A student pursuing a BBA degree can do concentration in any of the following 9 (nine) areas:

7. Supply Chain Management 8. Entrepreneurship
9. Digital Marketing
To obtain a BBA degree with single concentration, a student has to complete at least 130 credits as shown in the above-mentioned table.
To obtain a BBA degree with an additional concentration, a student has to complete at least 139 credits. The breakdown of credits will be as follows:
